Default drop down help

I have a drop down menu where you can select location
e.g GLASGOW, EDINBURGH

when one of these is selected I want another drop down menu in the cell
below offering choices of subsurbs. eg if GLASGOW is selected in the cell
above I want choices such as GOVAN, PARTICK and if EDINBURGH is selected I
want choices like MORNINGSIDE, LEITH etc.

Please help me

using data validation to create the drop down boxes:
