Is there a possibllity to freez a row and a colum at the same time in an
excell worksheet?

Hi
- move cursor to cell B2
- goto 'Windows - Freeze Panes'

Yes, it's called freeze frame
place cursor just below and just to the right of the area you want to
freeze.
