In a workbook with multiple sheets one sheet says it is 84 pages long but
there is only 1 page of data. What is causing that?

I'd say there is a value in one of the cells way down the sheet. Try selecting all the rows beneath your one page of data and press "delete". You'll probably need to scrool down several hundred rows to be sure you've selected the mischevious cell.
