not a computer wiz. I need to create a timecard. I want to be able to tab
to each cell. I have the cells formulated but if I deleate the practice data
I also loose the formula. I need to have the basic info stay where it is and
just input the new data. Help!!!

Don't delete the cells that contain formulas. Only delete the cells that
contain values you've entered. Also, see:
