Default Replace a sheetname with a cell reference to link to another work.

I want to link 2 worksheets by using a cell reference (a5) rather than the
sheetname, allowing me to copy the formulas to multiple rows.
example: [BookName.xls]SheetName!CellReference

Hi
try
=INDIRECT("'" & A5 & "'!X1")
where A5 stores the sheet name
