Default selecting columns in a worksheet

hi folks,

i need to take input for my script from an excel sheet .
the excel sheet has 8 worksheets and i want to select particular
columns from a particular worksheet.

please help me out in this regard.

Sub selectcols()
With Sheets("sheet1")
..Select
..Range("a1,c1,f1").EntireColumn.Select
