Default how to add many cells on diff. sheets and put in 1 cell in excel

I am trying to link numbers from the same cell on 52 different worksheets and
keep a running total in 1 cell on a seperate worksheet. I have figured out
how to link each cell on the worksheets to the 1 cell on the seperate
worksheet but I can't find how to get the running total.
