Default PivotTable -adding more than one function

I am trying to enter both an average of sales revenue by month and a total of
sales revenue by month. I can't seem to be able to do both. I can either do
the sum or average or minimum, etc, but I can't seem to put in more than one.

Maybe it's a version problem Connie; I just used the Pivot Wizard in
XL 2002 and added both an average & a sum of the same field without
any problem at all.
