Default Macro to Name Tables

My workbook contains worksheets that are named "worksheet1,
worksheet2...worksheet10.

I would like to try and automatically name a table for each worksheet,
from the data that is in B19:F95, and need the table to be named the same as
the worksheet.

Is this possible with a macro ?

Thank you in advance.
