Default DIFFERENT NAMED CELLS IN COLUMN,HOW DO I GET LAST ONE ON BOTTOM?

i have a column with lots of different informatio in them ranging from dates,
but I want the last cell to be at the bottom and have it update automatically
if i put in another date.
