Default customized template w/formulas

Hi! In 2005 I designed a workbook w/3 worksheets. Each sheet shares
various information with the other. This year I needed the same thing,
so I copied/pasted all the text headings, but I had to re-enter the
formulas (because the formulas don't just copy/paste to the new
workbook... only the 2005 actual numbers/data will copy). Now I have a
brand new blank workbook, complete with formulas for information
sharing, calculations, etc.
HOW DO I COPY THIS BLANK WORKBOOK W/FORMULAS TO MAKE A NEW BLANK
WORKBOOK FOR 2007.... SO THAT ALL I HAVE TO DO IS CHANGE THE DATES ON
THE HEADING from 2006 to 2007? CAN IT BE DONE? I'm hoping to do it
quickly, before I have to start enering data on my 2006 worksheets.
PLEASE HELP! I love excell, but 'm no excell expert... self taught via
trial and error (and ofcourse help from this forum). THANK YOU

Hi!

Either save it as a template or just copy it.

To save as a template:

FileSave asSave as typeTemplate (*.xlt)

Excel will then save the file as a template and place it in your Templates
directory (folder). The next time you need this file you would open the
template, add your new data then save as a new file with the normal .xls
file extension and a name of your choice.
