Default To return value that provide data to a formula

Hi guys, i have a problem here. I have attached a sample of data. In the
example, i am trying to determine which useful life is being used to
calculate the monthly depreciation. The problem is that different
useful lives are used (ie different colums of useful life). I dont know
how to search within the formula and to return me the value of the
useful life that is being used.
