Default Keeping cursor in same place on all worksheets in a workbook

I am a lotus 123 user currently struggling with excel
I would like to set a workbook so that the cursor stays in the same relative
position on all worksheets of the workbook as I move from one to another - a
function that exists in Lotus (worksheet/link)
Can this be done?

Click on the first sheet's tab and then while holding down the Shift
key, click on the last sheet. All the tabs in your range should be
white.

Now you can create formulas, etc in all those sheets at once.
