Default lookup with a formula

Hi~ I am a new Excel user. I am trying to make a cell that if I put in
a certain letter (A, B, C or D), it will look up the coordinating
formula function. I tried making an array table with the letters, but
it would only display the formula and not use the numbers in the
formula.

So if I put in an "A" in D1, it would access C1 and use the additional
formula in the array for the "A" category. The formula I used is
=C1/3*25. Does this make any sense to anyone? Can you help? Thanks.
