For the sum try:
=SUMIF(Gume,"21",Dent)

and for the average maybe:
=SUMIF(Gume,"21",Dent)/COUNTIF(Gume,"21")

Help! Why doesn't my formula work?
I have the values listed that I am supposed to get, but the zeroes are
what I am getting.
