Default Impossible Formula!

What if B1 was Chevy or any other of several values? I.E.- B1 could
contain Chevy, Ford, Honda, Toyota, et al. and the formula conditioned
if b1 was Chevy for one value and all the others for another value?
Again, all this help is appreciated.
