Default Locked spreadsheet, move cursor only to unlocked cells?

Have created a form in excel that has unlocked cells for data entry.
Would like the cursor to only move to cells that are not locked, skipping
locked cells.

ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet. In the options list, deselect "Select
locked cells".
