I want to know how to create a general formula for a row to help with simple
but timely calculations. I need to enter a date and find have the formula return a date 60 days from that date. Also I need to enter an amount and find what 10% of that amount is. I want to be able to enter a bunch of dollar values in a column then in the next column see what 10% of that value is. This could save me hours and hours of tedious calculations. Thank You! |

If you have a true XL date (not a text entry) in A1, simply enter this
formula in B1: =A1+60 If you have a number in A2, and you need to display 10% of that number, enter this formula in B2: =A2*0.1 -- HTH, RD ============================================== Please keep all correspondence within the Group, so all may benefit! ============================================== "Heather" wrote in message ...
