Default Navigating between worksheets.

how can I create a macro that will allow me to navigate
between worksheets in the one workbook.

It has to be a macro because of the project I'm currently
working on.

I'm relatively new here, but i think this would be more qualified for
the Programming forum.
but the answer is either
Sheet1.Select
or
Sheets("SheetNameHere").Select

The first example goes by the unchangeable excel-given name of the
sheet, the second by the name that you give it.
