Select "Tools" -- "Options" -- "View" Tab

You should see checkboxes for "Scroll Bars" and "Sheet Tabs" in the
lower-right of the window. Make sure those are checked.

Window|Arrange|Horizontal
(maybe it's just off the viewable window???)

(resize the way you want later.)

Ok, my next guess would be that you've dragged your workbook window down so
that the bottom is obscured. Try dragging the workbook window back up, or
Maximizing the window. (Note: I'm referring to the workbook window, not the
Excel window)

Try Tools Options View and then check to see if the Horizontal
Scroll Bar and Sheet Tabs are both checked to be visible.

Hi, I had the same thing happen. I followed your advice and I still can not
see the sheet tabs or the bottom and side scrool bars along with the top of
the page.
