Default liked workbook

I copied a formula from another workbook and now whenever I open the
recieving workbook, it asks if I want to update links or whatever, i
did the edit find and can't find any {},[] or even !,, because I had
deleted the workbook and sheet reference, in the formula
how do I get this darn thing to stop haunting me?
