Use a help column and a formula like
=COUNTIF($A$2:$A$100,A1)=2 copy down, apply datafilterautofilter and filter on help column and TRUE another approach, select list, do datafilteradvanced filer, copy to another location and unique records only that will create a list with names only appearing once, in an adjacent cell put =COUNTIF($A$2:$A$100,H2) where H2 is the first unique named of the filtered list, copy down and you'll get the occurrences of the names next to each name -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom (No private emails please) "macca" wrote in message ...
