Default Conversion Fee Rate Calculator with cap

Fee equals 1% per $1,000 (thousand) of annual salary, up to a max of 30% The
cap varies per business segment. I would like to select business segment
that has the cap associated with it. I would like to enter hourly pay rate
which would calculate the annual salary by 2080 and/or enter the annual
salary.
