Default Pivot Table Question

I am fairly new to pivot tables and I have a questions. Is it possible to have the data on the left hand side be ordered in a specific order not determined by value? I have been able to sort this data ascending or descending based on the number but I would like to have this data in a particular set order.

i will try to explain. Each value in the column i descirbe above shows as a number (514, 542, 121 etc.) This number pertains to an operating location across the country. (Edmonton, Burnaby, Belleville). these numbers are laid out in our building (we send freight out to each of these locations from this one operating location) in a particular order that has no relation to the number (514, 542, 121). Is there a way to have the pivot table display the data that I have in a particular order? I would like the column on the left to look something like this:

121
223
492
542
507

I would like it to retain this order each time update the data in my source tab. Is this possible??

Thx
