![]() I have a column in a spreadsheet with nearly 400 rows of data. Everywhere an 'X' appears in a cell in the column, I'd like to replace it with the date '1/18/05'. Can anyone tell me how to do that please? Thanks in advance for any help. -- pclutts ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pclutts's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=26129 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=483880 |

![]() Nevermind. I figured it out. I used the Replace function. Duh! I guess I couldn't see the forest for the trees. -- pclutts ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pclutts's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=26129 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=483880 |
