I am trying to make a chart that compares chronological age to reading age.
How can I get an chart in excel to show and age of 7 year and 10 months as it
always comes out as 7.1 on the chart even though on my data it says 7.10 and
7 years and 3 months on the data is shown as a greater ressult on the chart.
thanks

Hi

How are you getting your ages?
If you are typing in 7.10 for 7 years 10 months then you just need to type
in 7.03 (i.e. use 2 digits for all month values) when you type in 7 years 3
months.

If you are using a formula to calculate the ages, ensure the value after the
decimal point is always 2 digits.
