Default How do I shade cells using the "IF" function?

I am trying to shade a cell using the "IF" function. What code would I put
in the "Value if True" space in order for the function to shade the cell
automatically? Anyone know how to do that, because I can't find it in "Help"?

Thanks,
Robert
