Default formula returns error in version 2003 only

I cannot figure out why this formula works in version 2002 SP1 but I get
"#value" when I try to use it in version 2003 Professional:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(AU8:AU55-DAY(AU8:AU55)+1=AZ57),AX8:AX55)
Can any one suggest how to resolve this problem? ie what's causing it?A
