Default Can I change the font/shading of a cell by moving the mouse over i

Does anyone know if you can change the font or shading of a cell by rolling
the mouse over it? I have a worksheet where the user has to make several
choices. I would like each choice to stand out when they roll the mouse over
it. What do you think?
