Default Excel Startup

When my users launch excel it comes up a blank screen instead of a
blank workbook. Is there a way to change it bank to the default way?

Any help would be appreciated.

TRY Create a template named Book.xlt, and store it in the XLStart
folder, typically C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\XLStart . This template will be used when creating
all new workbooks.
