Consolidating function
Hi all
I am a new user to 'Consolidating' and have used both Consolidation by Position and Consolidation by Category. I understand the difference between the two and what you would use them for, however, earlier today I made a mistake using Consolidation by category as I had the wrong information highlighted. Undo won't work on consolidating and when I asked Excel to remove the outline which is automatically added, it changed the whole view of the worksheet and inserted lots of blank rows. Is there a way of 'undoing' a consolidated worksheet if you do it wrong, rather than having to close the workbook without saving and then re-opening?? Hope this makes sense....... Thanks very much.
