Default Only need to PivotChart to show one or two data fields (not all of them)

I have a PivotTable which has 7 columns of data of which only 2 at the
most would be relevant on my PivotChart. The PivotTable has averages,
sums, counts all which don't graph well together.

How can I choose only the data fields I want to display but keep the
PivotChart attached to the PivotTable so it still automatically
updates?

Thx, Sarah
