Default Multiple CountIf Criteria

I'm trying to set up a formula that provides a total if two values equal
desired values. For example, if A1=1 and B1=100, I want a total for column B
for cells that have a value of 1 in A. Any suggestions?

Hi!

Try this:

=SUMIF(A1:A50,1,B1:B50)
