Default How can I select one checkbox and have it unselect other ones?

I have four checkbox per a single row...I want to be able to click one one
and have the other three remain unchecked...that way I know only one can be
selected in that row at any given time.

Hi!

Use option buttons instead. Only 1 option button can be selected at a time.
