![]() Hello All I need to apportion total revenue earned on a range of products. For example, each product has items of varying volumetric dimensions. I therefore have the following scenario: Product A - total volume 1000 cu.m (cubic metres), total revenue $1000 Item 1 - volume 650 cu.m Item 2 - volume 135 cu.m Item 3 - volume 85 cu.m Item 4 - volume 130 cu.m The calculation currently used is Revenue x item volume / total volume However, the spreadsheet can have, say, 2300 products with 8500 items (products do not always have the same number of items), and doing the above calculation is somewhat tedious. Can anyone assist me with a formula? Many thanks -- Chris Lane |
