I need to create a list range
Under data, point to list and then create list.
I do not have list listed under data.
Where can it be found?

Data Validation. Select 'List' in 'Allow' field. Into 'Refers to' field, or
enter list values separated by your list separator, or enter the link to
cell range on same worksheet, or enter the link to any named range in same
workbook.
