Default How do I delete the formula but keep the results

How do I delete the formula in the formula bar and keep the results from that
formula in a column. I read how to do this last week on this forum but now
I can't find the answer!!!!!!!!!.

Select the cell

Press F2 and then F9

Or for a range: select the range and use Copy,
then, without deselecting the range, use Edit|Paste Special and specify
Values
