Default addind a new row

If i highlight column D and insert 1 so that it shows in every row, if i
insert a new row that cell in column D is blank. How can i insert a new
row and get the 1 to show automatically so the whole column is still
full of 1 in every row.

Highlight a row with a "1" in it, then Right-click Copy then move to
highlight the row just below where you want a new row inserted, and do
Right-click InsertCopiedCells
