Default Worksheet and Word

Is it possible to have two documents, one an EXCEL WORKSHEET, the other a
WORD document open AT THE SAME TIME AND BOTH VIEWABLE WITHIN THE SAME
WINDOW...

this way, i can see some items in word and manually insert the items into
the worksheet without having to print it or toggle back and forth??

thanks,

No, but you don't need to have them both full screen. Reduce the size of
both windows and have them side by side or one below the other.
