To get 12345 to display as 12 use Custom Format #,##0,
To see 12.35 use #,##0.00, Select all the cell to change; use menu command Format|Cell, slide down to Custom and type the format in the text box best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "jem" wrote in message ...
