Default exclude data from count

I am doing a count of information in rows. I want to show certain
information in these rows, but don't want to count it in the total. What can
I do?

Variations or combinations of SUMPRODUCT or COUNTIF would like do it, but an example, an
explanation, and an expected result would help us help.
