Default

Assumptions:

A1:C17 contains your data

First row contains your headers/labels

E2: Oil Engine Change

E3: Valvuline Change

E4: Tire Change

Formula:

F2, copied down and over to the next column, Column G:

=LOOKUP(2,1/($C$2:$C$17=$E2),A$2:A$17)

Hope this helps!
