Default How can I get rid this value "#VALUE!" in the cell

hi all.

Due to the unknown cell value in some cell, I have some cell come up
with "#VALUE!" in the side.

Is there any functions can delete the "#VALUE!" value?

I try the if statement, but fail。

thanks for your help
