What is the shortcut key for adding $ to a cell reference eg $c$3
Rather than typing in the $ before and after the cell reference, you can hold down a key while clicking on the cell. This shortcut inserts the $ before the letter and number of the cell reference. My question is...what key do you hold down? Thanks in advance! |

AFTER you click on the cell you can press the F4 key.
One press makes the address absolute (dollar signs in front of both row & col), twice makes it absolate for the row, realtive for the column, three times - absolute column, reatlive row, and 4 times back to relative.
