Default Creation of a Generic Macro

I have a report that I download off our National System that is converted to
an Excel worksheet. After the conversion, I have to format the cells with a
smaller font, change two columns to a different format and sort by a separate
column.

Can I create a macro that will do this on a daily basis? Create an excel
macro which is not specific to a worksheet, but can be used as needed for
workbooks.

Thanks.

Yes, Sondra. When you record it, store it in your Personal Macro Workbook.
