I am no expert, but I had a similar requirement no long ago, and this
worked for me:
With the cursor at the list title -
DataFilterAdvanced Filter,
• Select [Copy to another location]
• Select [Unique records only]
• Enter cell for the top of the list where unique entries will display
• Click OK
More or less as shown here in three steps (hope it comes through):
