basketball scoring

A1 A2 A3 A4 SCORES AB1
TEAM 1 0 team 1 Down/UP/Tied
TEAM 2 2

I want to count every time AB indicates a league change and count every time the teams are tied. I also want it seperated by quarter and keep a game running total.

During Basketball Game

excel 2010
I want to count the ties and lead changes using AB1 when it changes.
AB1 is linked to A1..A4.
