Default Help with a basic condition

This probably has a simple answer but I'm struggling to find a solution.

I have numbers in Column A and B and I need to populate column C. In column A, I'm just checking to see if each number is equal to 1. (figures are binary in column A)

If the number in Column A is equal to 1, I want the script to check through column B, find the next number that's greater than 0, and print that number out in Column C.

Any help is much appreciated.
