Hi
This query may already have been asked, but I cannot make sense of where to find the answer so I hope someone might be able to help. So I manage faults on our company CCTV cameras - we have 500 of them over a large site. A simplified version of my spreadsheet A B C D E Date Location Fault Resolved Visit 01/09/2012 AC3 Picture 06/09/2012 03/09/2012 01/09/2012 HY7 Network 23/09/2012 04/09/2012 AC3 Network 04/09/2012 HY9 Picture 06/09/2012 05/10/2012 NJ9 Picture 05/10/2012 CC2 Unknown 30/10/2012 06/10/2012 AC3 Network 10/11/2012 11/10/2012 HY9 Network 09/11/2012 01/12/2012 CC2 Picture 18/12/2012 AC3 Unknown 05/01/2013 So, I want a formula that will tell me how many entries are in colum E provided that there is no entry in column D? And a second formula that will tell me if there is a blank in Columns D & E? I have this info along with the number of calls placed and the number of resolved calls on a second tab in the spreadsheet called Stats if that helps. Thank you in advance for any assistance. Amy :-) Last edited by AmyC83 : March 20th 13 at 10:55 PM Reason: Add attachment of spreadsheet view |
