Default Excel Formula - If Cell contains word and select it from a list?

Hi all,

I have found the following formula which is place the word ticket into the cell if the cell in A3 contains the word Selfserve.

=IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("*Selfserve*",A3)),"Ticket","" )

Just wondering if there is another formula that can be used to pick items off a list to save me having to enter different words in every cell to make them match.. as this kind of takes the use of the formula away..
